This contract is in effect for the sale event to be held at the Orangeburg Avenue parking lot side of The Birdsnest at 1031 W. Orangeburg Avenue, Modesto, California 95350.

The Birdsnest agrees to rent assigned outdoor/parking lot sale space to the specified party (vendor) under the following conditions:

Each space is only a $30.00 rental fee per reserved 10'x10' space (booth)and will be deducted from deposit return
A $75.00 per-space deposit is due at reservation and returned after the event, minus rental or other fees. It is forfeited if the vendor cancels with less than 3 business days’ notice or does not attend.
Set up will begin at 7:30 a.m. on sale date.
Sale runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting)
• Deposit must be paid for prior to setting up.
• Tables, chairs, tents, change, etc. are not available from The Birdsnest.
• No electricity will be provided.
• Whatever you bring in, you carry it out. Everything must be cleaned up by 4:00 p.m.
Parking is not allowed at neighboring Valley First Credit Union. (They will have you towed)
Vendors leaving their space requiring maintenance will be charged a $40+ cleanup fee.

The following actions and items are banned from this event:
✓ Smoking
Violent or abusive behavior (verbal or physical)
Alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substance
✓ Obscene materials and language
