Outdoor Market Vendor Information & Setup

Thank you for being part of our Outdoor Market! We are excited to have you join us for another amazing event day.

Event Hours

  • Vendor setup begins at 7:30am
  • The Outdoor Market runs until 3:00pm

Finding Your Space

Please locate the small white numbers painted on the parking lot spaces to find your assigned vendor spot. These numbers correspond with your assigned space number.

If you have any questions during setup, please grab a Birdsnest team member onsite — we will be happy to assist you.

Unloading & Parking

Our vendor spaces are officially SOLD OUT, so we kindly ask that all vendors unload as quickly and efficiently as possible so others have room to do the same.

Once you have unloaded your items, please move your vehicle out of the front parking lot. Customer parking is extremely important to the success of the event. If customers cannot easily find parking, they are less likely to stop and shop.

Recommended Vendor Parking:

  • Along Ardmore Ave.
  • Side streets surrounding the event
  • Across the street at the school parking lot

Important Parking Notice

Please DO NOT park in the Valley First Credit Union parking lot at any time. They actively monitor their lot and vehicles may be towed.

Cleanup & Deposits

At the completion of the event, please make sure your space is cleaned up and all trash is removed. A trash bin is available for vendor use and is located in the alley behind the shop.

Space deposit refunds will automatically be sent out within 3 days following the event.
